There are no refunds or returns there will be allowed an exchanges on any items that are not damaged or opened. Returns are only accepted if the buyer received the wrong item. Hair can not be exchanged/resold after being in the hands of another buyer.

Yes, This hair can be dyed and bleach. We highly recommend a professional hairstylist to bleach and color hair. Always remember to wash and condition the hair once done the process after coloring. Always let your hair air-dry.

Normally 3 bundles are used for a full install, if using 22" or longer we recommend 4 bundles.
