How Long Does Processing Hair takes?

2-4 Days Example: If you place your order on Tuesday it will be processed on Wednesday ships on Thursday.

How Long Does It Take For My Hair To Ship?

Hair ships Within 2-6 days due to the pandemic. You will receive your shipping confirmation through email and this will include your tracking number and also the day you will receive your order. Someone must be home the day your order is out for delivery a signature is REQUIRED!

Refunds and Return Policy

There are no refunds or returns there will be allowed an exchanges on any items that are not damaged or opened. Returns are only accepted if the buyer received the wrong item. Hair can not be exchanged/resold after being in the hands of another buyer.

What Do I Do About A Lost Or Stolen Item?

We are NOT responsible for any item that as been lost or stolen. You will not receive a refund, we cannot replace your lost/stolen item.

Can This Hair Be Dyed/Bleach This Hair?

Yes, This hair can be dyed and bleach. We highly recommend a professional hairstylist to bleach and color hair. Always remember to wash and condition the hair once done the process after coloring. Always let your hair air-dry.

How Many Bundles Do I Need?

Normally 3 bundles are used for a full install, if using 22" or longer we recommend 4 bundles.
